Welcome to Floor-It Residential Cleaning! We're a locally owned and operated business serving Pelican Waters, Golden Beach and Caloundra suburbs.
Our friendly owner, Gayleen, brings over 15 years of professional cleaning experience across Community Home Care, Aged Care Facilities, schools, apartment complexes, and private homes. With a strong understanding of the needs of DVA veterans, NDIS participants, and older Australians, Gayleen is dedicated to providing respectful, reliable, and high-quality cleaning services that help clients remain comfortable and independent in their own homes.

No hourly rates—just simple, flat rate pricing with no surprises. Your quote is tailored to your home, taking into account its size, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the overall condition of the property, and the level of cleaning required.
Our standard general clean includes bathroom cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, light dusting, and a general wipe-down of kitchen surfaces to help keep your home clean, fresh, and tidy.

Prices listed are starting prices for weekday bond cleans (Monday–Thursday) and may vary depending on size and condition of the property.
Weekend bond cleaning is available on request.
A 25% surcharge applies on Saturdays and a 50% surcharge applies on Sundays.
Thorough bond cleans completed by professionals using professional equipment — giving you the best chance of getting your full bond back.

AVAILABILITY:
Monday - Thursday: Standard week day pricing.
Saturday: Standard week day pricing + 25% surcharge.
Sunday: Standard week day pricing + 50% surcharge.
Property requirements:
The property must be completely vacated before the clean, with power and water connected. All personal belongings and rubbish must be removed prior to our arrival.
Our Guarantee:
If any items included in the original Bond Cleaning Checklist are missed, please notify us within 48 hours of the final inspection. We will return to rectify those items free of charge. This guarantee does not cover additional cleaning requested outside the original agreed scope of work.
Payment:
Payment is due on the day before the service starts. Card and phone tap available.
Please note that carpet cleaning, exterior window cleaning and garden maintenance are not included in our bond cleaning service and must be arranged separately.
NDIS Cleaning
Self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants are welcome to use Floor-It Residential Cleaning for their home cleaning services. We make the process as simple as possible for you.

DVA Cleaning
Veterans with an approved DVA funding (HHS) Household Services can choose Floor-It Residential Cleaning without needing to go through a registered provider. We handle all the administration so you don't have to.
