​*1–2 bedroom properties are generally available Mondays and Tuesdays.

3–5 bedroom properties are usually available most Wednesdays and every Thursday, as two professional cleaners are scheduled to complete larger end-of-lease cleans.

The property must be completely vacated with power and water connected at the time of the clean.

​

All bond cleans are completed by professional cleaners using professional equipment and products.

​

If any cleaning items listed on the original service agreement are missed during the real estate inspection, you must notify us within 48 hours and we will return to rectify the items free of charge.

​This guarantee applies only to items included in the original bond clean checklist. Any additional requests from the agent that were not included in the original agreement is the customers responsibility.

The property must be in reasonable condition and free from excessive rubbish, damage, mould, or heavy staining. Additional cleaning required beyond standard bond cleaning may incur extra charges.

 

Payment is due on the day before the service starts.
